How to make a request. Email hello@drinkample.com with your request and the email address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before we act. You may use an authorized agent where state law allows.

We will respond within the time your state's law requires, generally within 45 days, and we will tell you if we need more time.

If we deny your request. You may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing hello@drinkample.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will review the appeal and respond in writing with our decision and the reasons for it within 60 days. If we deny the appeal, we will give you a way to contact your state attorney general to submit a complaint.

Data Retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our products and services, and after that only as long as required for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes. Order records are typically retained for at least seven years to meet tax and accounting requirements.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of payment data in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy
