The Founder.

My name is Noah Fischman and I'm a 20 year old college student at the University of Maryland.

Last summer I tried maple water for the first time while visiting Canada. I loved it immediately — light, refreshing, subtly sweet, and unlike anything I'd had before. But what surprised me more than the taste was the fact that I had never heard of it. Never seen it on a shelf. Never seen it talked about.

I came back home still thinking about it and realized more people deserved to experience maple water for themselves. That's what inspired me to start Ample.

After months of work, I'm beyond excited to introduce the first product from Ample Hydration — a single ingredient, organic maple water in a 12oz can. Nothing added. Nothing taken away. Just what comes straight out of the tree.

MAPLE WATER?

Every spring, as temperatures rise and maple trees wake up from winter, something incredible happens beneath the bark. The tree pulls water up from the ground and pushes it through its trunk — picking up naturally occurring minerals, electrolytes, and a touch of sweetness along the way. That's maple water. Pure, simple, and straight from the source.

Long before it ever becomes maple syrup, this is what the tree actually produces. Around 98% water, with naturally occurring potassium, manganese, antioxidants, and a subtle maple flavor that you won't find anywhere else. No processing, no additives, no shortcuts.
